Ideally you'll wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, a towel, and any relevant combat sports gear that you may have. If you don't have any equipment, we can lend you some for your free session and assist you with purchasing some at our equipment shop. For more in-depth info about what to bring, click HERE

Yes! All of our public classes are scalable and welcoming to people of all shapes, sizes, skill, confidence, and fitness levels. However, we are doing combat sports; there is always an element of difficulty, physical contact, and challenges. But this will not be beyond what you're capable of due to our professional coaches and awesome members community that will give you the assistance and support you need to have a great experience. 

Crown Kickboxing is a fight gym. We have competitors across BJJ, MMA, and of course Muay Thai and Kickboxing. We also hold fight team specific training to ensure our competitors get the most challenging and specific preparations for their bouts. FYI, we hold a fundraiser fight night twice per year which hosts exhibition bouts for first-time fighters, and sanctioned fights for more experienced competitors.

Our Juniors are approximately 5-8 years, and seniors 9-13 years. However this can vary depending on your young person's size, development, co-oridnation, and learning style.
